I am passionate about 'Coaching' as a model of professional learning in schools.
I have been working as a coach in both Secondary and Primary Schools now for four years and over these four years have seen coaching thrive in some schools whilst simultaneously fail dismally in others.
I am really interested in exploring the factors that are essential for coaching to work effectively in ALL schools for both the teacher and the coach and most importantly as a means of professional learning that is targeted improve both the quality of instruction and the learning outcomes of students.
